Hi, guys. I'am going to share some TED speech scripts, but not only the scripts.        So, this lecture is about confidence. What's the confidence? Well, as to me, I think if a person have confidence, he always looks like optimistic and always dear to do anything which he thinks right and loves to do. But literally, confidence comes from the practice, it depends on your strength. What about your viewpoint. Anyhow, now, let's take a look at the author's opinion.

Tip 1: a quick / fix./

                                                      /tɪp/ 1: /ə/ /kwɪk/ /fɪks/.

There are / a few tricks / that can / give you / an immediate confidence boost /

         /ðər/   /ər/    /ə/ /fju/ /trɪks/  /ðət/ /kən/  /gɪv/ /jʊ/    /ən/ /ɪˈmidiət/  /ˈkɑnfədəns/ /bust/ ,

  in the short term.  /  Picture / your success / when you're / beginning a difficult / task, /

/ɪn/ /ðə/ /ʃɔrt/ /tɜrm/. /ˈpɪkʧər/   /jər/ /səkˈsɛs/     /wɛn/   /jʊr/   /bɪˈgɪnɪŋ/    /ə/ /ˈdɪfəkəlt/ /tæsk/

something / as simple / as listening /  to music / with deep bass;  /  it can / promote /

/ˈsʌmθɪŋ/ /əz/ /ˈsɪmpəl/  /əz/ /ˈlɪsənɪŋ/   /tə/ /ˈmjuzɪk/ /wɪð/ /dip/ /beɪs/;  /ɪt/ /kən/ /prəˈmoʊt/

feelings / of / power.  /  You can / even / strike / a powerful pose    /   or give yourself

/ˈfilɪŋz/ /əv/ /ˈpaʊər/.    /jʊ/ /kən/ /ˈivɪn/   /straɪk/  /ə/ /ˈpaʊərfəl/ /poʊz/    /ɔr/ /gɪv/ /jərˈsɛlf/

    / a pep talk./

/ə/ /pɛp/ /tɔk/.

Tip two: believe in / your ability to / improve./

                                 /tɪp/ /tu/: /bɪˈliv/ /ɪn/ /jər/ /əˈbɪləti/ /tʊ/ /ɪmˈpruv/.

               If you're / looking for a / long-term / change, / consider the way / you think about

       /ɪf/ /jʊr/     /ˈlʊkɪŋ/   /fər/ /ə/ /ˈlɔŋˈtɜrm/ /ʧeɪnʤ/,   /kənˈsɪdər/ /ðə/ /weɪ/ /jʊ/ /θɪŋk/ /əˈbaʊt/

/ your abilities /  and talents. / Do you / think / they are fixed / at birth, / or / that they can

/jər/ /əˈbɪlətiz/ /ənd/ /ˈtælənts/. /dʊ/ /jʊ/ /θɪŋk/  /ðeɪ/ /ər/ /fɪkst/   /ət/ /bɜrθ/, /ɔr/ /ðət/ /ðeɪ/ /kən/

be / developed, / like a / muscle? / These beliefs / matter / because / they can / influence /

/bi/ /dɪˈvɛləpt/, /laɪk/ /ə/ /ˈmʌsəl/?   /ðiz/ /bɪˈlifs/    /ˈmætər/   /bɪˈkəz/   /ðeɪ/  /kən/  /ˈɪnfluəns/

   how you / act / when you're faced / with setbacks. /

/haʊ/ /jʊ/ /ækt/ /wɛn/ /jʊr/ /feɪst/ /wɪð/ /ˈsɛtˌbæks/.

If you / have / a fixed / mindset, / meaning that /  you think / your talents / are

         /ɪf/ /jʊ/ /həv/ /ə/ /fɪkst/  /ˈmaɪndˌsɛt/, /ˈminɪŋ/   /ðət/    /jʊ/ /θɪŋk/    /jər/ /ˈtælənts/ /ər/

/əˈbɪlətiz/ /kən/ /ɪmˈpruv/,   /ə/ /ˈʧælənʤ/  /ɪz/ /ən/ /ˌɑpərˈtunəti/    /tə/ /lɜrn/ /ənd/ /groʊ/.

/gɛt/ ˈstrɔŋər/     /ənd/ /groʊ/    /wɪð/ /ˈstʌdi/    /ənd/  /ˈpræktəs/.    /ɪt/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/  /tɜrnz/ /aʊt/,

   / on average,   /  people  /  who have a  /  growth mindset    /   are more   /   successful,

Tip three: practice failure. / Face it, / you're going / to fail / sometimes. / Everyone does./

They learn / how to try / different strategies, /  ask others   /  for advice,   /  and

and understanding.   /  This  /  is / confidence.

/ənd/ /ˌʌndərˈstændɪŋ/. /ðɪs/ /ɪz/ /ˈkɑnfədəns/.
