1、概述
Inception-v3 结构的复杂程度以后够复杂了,但是它还有几个升级版本,就是 Inception-v4,Inception-ResNet-v1 和 Inception-ResNet-v2。这几个升级版本都出自同 一篇论文《Inception-v4, Inception-ResNet and the Impact of Residual Connections on Learning》
这几个升级版的 Inception 模型基本设计思路都是遵循 Inception-v3 的设计思路,只不 过比 Inception-v3 再稍微更复杂一些。Inception-v4 的作者不认同非常深层的网络一定要 使用残差单元才行,所以他们设计了没有使用残差单元的深度网络 Inception-v4,不过 Inception-v4 的作者认同加上 残差单元以后,模型可以训练得更加快一些。
Inception-ResNet-v1 和 Inception-ResNet-v2 顾名思义就是 Inception 的设计加上 ResNet 的残差结构设计得到的模型。
2、Inception-v4
2.1 Inception-v4网络结构
左侧是纯 Inception-v4 网络的总体架构。右边是Stem的详细组成。请注意,此主干配置也用于图 5、6 中的 Inception-ResNet-v2 网络轮廓。V 表示使用“有效”填充,否则使用“相同”填充。每层侧面的大小总结了该层输出的形状。

3、Inception-ResNet-v1/v2网络结构
3.1 Inception-ResNet-v1的三种Inception模块

3.2 Inception-ResNet-v2的三种Inception模块

3.3 下采样Reduction模块
4、在ImageNet数据集中的表现
下图 为 4 个 Inception 模型在 ImageNet 数据集中,单模型 Top5 错误率的测试结 果。
图中的 Epoch 表示训练周期;Error 表示误差。从图中我们可以看到 Inception-v3 和 Inception-ResNet-v1 效果是差不多的,可能 Inception-ResNet-v1 稍微好一点点。Inception-v4 和 Inception-ResNet-v2 效果是差不 多的,可能 Inception-ResNet-v2 稍微好一点点。
下图为几个模型在 ImageNet 数据集中单模型测试结果。
图中的 Network 表示网络;Crops 表示从一张图片中裁剪出多少张图片;Top-1 Error 表示 Top1 错误率;Top-5 Error 表示 Top5 错误率。
Crops 中的 dense 表示直接对一张测试图片进行预测,得到一个预测结果。Crops 中的 144 表示从一张测试图片中按照一定的规则裁剪出 144 个子区域,然后对这 144 个区域分别 进行预测得到 144 个预测结果,最后再对这 144 个预测结果求平均得到最终的一个预测结果 。
