症状：用户在outlook的out of office assistant中设定了自动回复，但是却没有生效，即别人发邮件给用户，系统不会自动回复设定好的回复内容，而检查设置后，发现都是正确的。在OWA中设置了也没用
原因：用户的邮件规则设置过多
解决方法：Removed a hundred abnormal and hidden rules on user's mailbox.
Pls disable and reenable "Out of office" to take effect.
On the other hand, pls well organize and remove those unused rules in Outlook.
This is the main cause of failure to function of Out of office.
