spring aop @Around 注解条件 || @annotation 如何实现？?报错

我想在  @Around 里 写 使用 within 符合 指定包的类  或者 使用自定义直接的类 被织入切面 应该如何写条件.

@Around("within(!com.tiebazs.controller.LoginController) || @annotation(requestLimit)")

我这样 写的时候 启动报错
