企业邮箱无误，阿里云为啥发不出去，总是被退信

最近两个星期，在反复检查，邮箱地址无误的情况下，阿里云邮箱无法发送邮件，总是退信。求解！！！
比如往trademark@actip.com.vn邮箱发送信件，总是被退信，但是我公司阿里云邮箱仍能收到邮件，只是原路回复邮件回复，就退信。不知道什么原因。我用其它邮箱发送就可以发送成功。请阿里云团队给予帮助。谢谢！

退信原因：收件方域名不存在或没有添加邮件解析（MX）记录，导致邮件被系统退回。
解决建议：1. 请检查输入的收件方地址是否有误；2. 请联系收件方确认其域名MX是否存在,指向是否正确,若是确认该收信域存在的话，请稍后重新尝试发送。
