mysql 初始化出错
[root@iZ2ze1901ra2gvxe7dff8hZ mysql-5.6.21]# /usr/local/mysql/scripts/mysql_install_db --user=mysql --datadir=/mnt/data/
FATAL ERROR: Could not find ./share/fill_help_tables.sql
If you compiled from source, you need to run 'make install' to
copy the software into the correct location ready for operation.
If you are using a binary release, you must either be at the top
level of the extracted archive, or pass the --basedir option
pointing to that location.

请问您是从源码编译安装mysql的吗？
一般来说，如果是通过yum或apt的管理工具来安装的话，会自动初始化好mysql。
