OpenEye简介
OpenEye是一款用于药物先导发现和改造的专业工具,它不仅考虑了严格的科学意义、还兼顾计算速度、可拓展性以及平台可用性。OpenEye药物设计软件聚焦于先导物识别与优化,尤其擅长分子对接(包含三种对接算法)、基于静电和形状相似性的虚拟筛选(速度非常快)、基于片段的药物设计、预测水分子对蛋白-配体结合作用影响和预测药物构象自由能等。
OpenEye软件支持多CPU/多核心计算,支持Linux,Windows与Mac OS X。
OpenEye安装配置
Step1:安装Anaconda
Windows 10下安装Anaconda
Step2:运行 Anaconda Navigator
Step3:配置 OpenEye Channel
环境完成初始化后,点击“channels”,将弹出一个对话框。 点击“Add”,然后 添加OpenEye channels中输入https://conda.anaconda.org/openeye后 回车。 然后点击“Update channels”。
Step4:安装 OpenEye相关包
选中‘Not installed’ or ‘All’ ,在 ‘Search packages’ 窗口输入openeye回车;
将出现一个对话框,指示openeye-toolkits并将安装其他依赖项; 点击“Apply”。
Step5:测试OpenEye
