Outlook 2007 附件突然不能预览，在国外网站找了解决方案。
服务器版本： exchange 2010

解决方案：大体意思就是编辑一个注册表文件，导入进去就可以了。
It doesn't work because it wasn't a valid registry format. You can edit the registry directly, adding the values in that post... or copy between the lines below and paste into notepad, save as a reg file and run.

1. Clear the contents of ‘TEMP’ folder and check if you are able to open the attachments
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, copy and paste the following command line in the open text box and press Enter
%temp%
2. Clear the contents of outlook TEMP folder in the following location:
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, copy and paste the following command line in the open text box and press Enter
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\
Note: Don’t delete the folder only delete the contents in the folder
Close and restart Outlook and check if you are able to open the attachments
The PDF previewer should work directly on a 32-bit version of Windows with the latest version of Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed. Sadly, the installer from Adobe does not write the correct registry setting to also enable the previewer on a 64-bit version of Windows.
Firstly are you using a 64-bit operating system? To check that, right click on computer->properties.
IMPORTANT: - Modifying the registry key without taking the backup would be harmful to the computer.
If you are using a 64-bit operating system you will have to add a registry entry to fix this.
1.Open Notepad.
2.Copy and paste the content below.
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Classes\CLSID\{DC6EFB56-9CFA-464D-8880-44885D7DC193}
Value name: AppID
Value type: REG_SZ
Value: {534A1E02-D58F-44f0-B58B-36CBED287C7C}
3.Save the file on the desktop.
4.Right click on the file and rename it to PDF.reg (Make sure the extension is .reg)
5.Double click on it and click add and ok.
Note: This will also enable the PDF Preview feature in Windows Vista and Windows 7 itself.
