IOS更新app时，使用Xcode上传新版本的包时，提示无法上传。
Unable to process request -PLA update available you currently don't have access to this membership resource. To resolve this issue ,agree to the latest program license agreement in your development account
解决方法
- 使用Apple开发者账号登录苹果开发者网站=>https://developer.apple.com/account。
- 点击顶部提示信息中的
查看协议按钮(英文是Review Agreement)
点击同意
最后重新上传app即可。
