具体错误：
help/Makefile.am:21: error: USE_NLS does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1
搜索了半天，没有找到解决办法。怎么办？于是尝试了两个办法：
定义一个USE_NLS，忽悠过去。
删除相关部分的脚本，跳过。
