解决办法：
在PATH中加上libtool所在的bin目录。
加上参数：
#libtool编译时指定的路径。如果是默认，应该是/usr/share BUILD_LIBS=${HOME}/build_libs aclocal -I ${BUILD_LIBS}/share/aclocal1.10 -I ${BUILD_LIBS}/share/libtool/m4 --install
