OSC 一台新的存储设备测试几天总是报错 iSCSI?报错

最近新采购的一台大容量存储服务器，使用 iSCSI 方式链接，我们做压力测试，测试几天后总是出现如下的错误：

iSCSI 采用默认配置，没做改动，测试服务器是通过交换机跟存储设备连接。

操作系统是 Ubuntu 14.04 LTS，一旦出现问题必须 logout iSCSI 再重新 login 设备才能操作。

有谁有碰到过类似问题吗。
