如何用maven将配置文件（*.properties,*.xml）打在jar包外呢？maven报错

知道一点点，给个类似的例子：

问题已解决，pom如下，最后mvn package -Dmaven.test.skip=true结果在target下面有jar，lib是依赖库，配置文件放在和jar一个目录
