使用centOS6.8 搭建FTP，无法上传文件

centOS 6.8配置vsftpd，但是结束之后无法上传文件。
使用终端ftp可以登录，但是登陆之后无法上传文件，put文件显示

200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
553 Could not create file.
使用FIleZilla登录则会一直报错
