服务器ssh连接不上，通过控制台连接，启动服务时，报错，polkit.service未启动

机器不能通过ssh工具连接，ping不通，阿里云控制台显示机器运行着的 ，通过控制台连接后，启动mysql等服务时，报错，说Polkit.service is not running ! 通过systemctl status polkit查看状态时，状态时inactive(dead)；请问怎么解决呢？
