wordpress数据库初次建立失败

将wordpress源代码放入共享云虚拟主机后，远程通过浏览器进入wordpress（初次进入），出现“请在下方填写您的数据库连接信息”的提示，填写信息后，点击“提交”,出现"Internal Server Error"的错误。
具体内容如下：
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@bxu2344600133.my3w.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

请问这个问题该如何解决呢？谢谢大家的帮助。买了共享云虚拟主机后，还不知道该怎么用：)
