利用Install Shield2010制作安装包的时候一直报这样的错误，原以为是我自己安装包制作流程的问题，又重新做了2个，但是还是出现问题。
解决办法：
查找资料发现是Install Shield2010软件的问题，缺少一个文件。
把这个下载放在这个位置就可以了。
这个错误也是哔了狗
