Instructions

        1        Open the Word document in which you wish to embed the fonts.
        2        Click on "File" and then "Save As."
        3        Click on the "Tools" button in the "Save As" box. It should be in the top right corner.
        4        Click on "Save Options."
        5        Check the box that says "Embed TrueType Fonts."
        6        Click on "OK" and then click on "Save."
