解决： httpd.conf配置include httpd-info开启
# service httpd status
                                   Forbidden

   You don’t have permission to access /server-status on this server.

    Apache/2.2.4 (Unix) Server at localhost Port 80

conf/extra/httpd-info.conf 修改Allow from all

apache版本2.2.4 这个status并不是查看httpd运行状态，而是查看apache的server status的
