VS3013安装update 2以后，打开offie出现“please wait while windows configures microsoft visual studio professional 2013”提示，每次打开都会有。


解决办法：


在C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework文件夹下，创建一个新的文件夹名称为“URTInstallPath_GAC”即可。
