检查AccessKey都是没问题的。

the resource to be operated doesn't exist. 建议再检查下阿里云上的rocketmq的资源接入点是否填写正确了，阿里云的rocketmq一般有两个接入点，一个http，一个tcp，canal默认是要tcp的接入点的
