回 6楼chyfreefly的帖子遇到了同样的问题，解决办法是你把 conf 目录里的 phpwind.conf 文件删除就行，

请问，是否您的Web服务在启动时出现以上的报错，导致现在网页的80端口不能被访问到呢？
TCP port 80 (http service): FILTERED
portqry.exe -n www.hntigoo.com -e 80 -p TCP exits with return code 0x00000002.
