go to CM:
check Call Manager Servicelity
Click GO,
Under the Tools to find the CDR,
Under the CDR reporisty Manager to find the IP address of the CDR
Then, type the following IP address to login the CDR service:
after login the system, click CDR to check the service and find the number as the filter type to search
