在导入jsp文件之后，运行了项目，一直报The requested resource is not available的错误
tomcat启动过程中是没有问题的
后来感觉可能是放置位置的问题
然后我把index.jsp和web.xml的文件都放到了webapp目录下面，发现就可以了，少放一个都不行
