引起该错误的原因有2：
SAP Cloud Connector 由于网络，代理或者防火墙设置等原因，无法向 SAP BTP 建立连接
SAP Cloud Connector 不正确或者缺少代理设置
解决方法
Verify that the IP addresses of the respective SAP BTP region are allowed within the network where the Cloud Connector is installed (firewall, intrusion detection system, etc).
检查属于 SAP BTP 的 ip 地址，是否能够在 SAP Cloud Connector 安装的网络环境里被访问。具体的 ip 地址可以从 SAP 官网 找到。
然后在 Configuration 配置页里，维护正确的 https proxy 设置。
如果代理配置正确，但是 SAP Cloud Connector 仍然不能成功同 SAP BTP 建立连接，那么可以使用一些工具，从操作系统层面进行连接失败的分析工作，主要的关注点在日志文件 ljs_trace.log 里透露的蛛丝马迹。
