github那个版本太老了，可用下面的方法：
下载网站地址
Download React Developer Tools 4.24.0 CRX File for Chrome - Crx4Chrome
下载好以后，按照下面的操作
After you download the crx file for React Developer Tools 4.24.0, open Chrome's extensions page (chrome://extensions/ or find by Chrome menu icon > More tools > Extensions), and then drag-and-drop the *.crx file to the extensions page to install it.
重启浏览器即可。
