Please check URL, network and proxy settings.

Error message:
Cannot download 'https://start.spring.io': connect timed out

​

解决方式：
1.添加代理：

 在搜索框搜索   HTTP

 2.使用国内 aliyun 创建  https://start.aliyun.com
