编译使用x264的工程时，如ffmpeg、libav时出现的错误。
解决办法：
- 换主叫工程，如换ffmpeg 3系列版本。
- 换被叫x264。如编译libav，吾换了x264-snapshot-20180101-2245-stable.tar.bz2
下载目录：
https://ftp.videolan.org/pub/x264/snapshots/
