The fable of the Chicken and the Pig is used to illustrate the differing levels of project stakeholders involved in a project。
制造一份有培根和鸡蛋早餐,为此,猪要牺牲生命奉上火腿,而鸡只要轻松的下下蛋就可以了。用这个比喻不同人对一个项目的参与程度,pig is committed while chicken is only involved.
For a Scrum project, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Team are considered as people who are committed to the project while customers and executive management are considered as involved but not committed to the project.
