解决方法：

对于iOS平台，在模拟器上跑用例时 app的安装包需要基于.app包压缩后的zip包(这个.app包可以找对应的iOS开发同学提供，在XCode工程目录下Products目录下)，而不能用.ipa包进行压缩；

对于真机，可以直接使用.ipa文件，不过需要涉及证书签名等问题，关于这个，可参考https://testerhome.com/topics/6503。
