主备网络配置存在问题
一系列报错
[root@node1 bin]# ./srvctl start database -d devdb

ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name 'scan-cluster.localdomain:1521'

告警日志

主库 alert 报 Error 12154 received logging on to the standby PING[ARC2]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby 'phydb'. Error is 12154.
后，重新配置主备网络环境，配置后的信息见
