Qualifications

The Legal and Corporate Affairs IT Engineering (LCAE) team is responsible for building innovative; scenario-based testing.

We are seeking an Application Sr. QA to lead and test multi-tiered Silverlight and SharePoint applications. The individual

should have the ability to lead people on projects utilizing both onshore and offshore QA resources. This role requires

extensive QA experience in test strategies, methodologies and capabilities to provide thought leadership to the LCA

Engineering space, and to work with UX, PM and Development to understand User Scenarios and use-cases as well as

requirements, and provide test strategy and test execution for new user scenarios and use-cases as well as new features.

The scope of the responsibilities will include Scenarios, functional, end-to-end data verification and automation. The Sr. QA

will work collaboratively with cross functional groups. The candidate is expected to be a logical and disciplined thinker, and

have a demonstrated concern for driving product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities -

1.Testing of large scale applications

2.Lead test team and adherence to QA standards

3.Deliver with high quality and efficiently

4.Test strategy and plan development

5.Creation and Execution of Scenario and use-case testing

6.Creation of functional, and automation test

7.End-to-end data verification

8.Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced development environment

9.Collaborate with team members to verify system performance and scalability

Qualifications -

1.9+ years demonstrated test plan development and implementation

2.5+ years’ experience in testing large scale applications

3.Solid QA processes including experience using defect tracking and source control systems

4.Strong SQL, C# and .NET skills.

Automation Experience

Ability to work within the project teams and across the multiple groups

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Values maintaining clear, concise and consistent documentation and test results

Exhibits good judgment establishing priorities and escalating issues

Flexible, adaptable and independent work style that thrives when executing multiple projects and tasks

Effective and efficient communicator.

Accustomed to and motivated by a fast paced, dynamic environment

Activities:

1. Requirement and Design feedback: Measures the impact of testability scenarios of a service domain

2.Test Automation: Designs, codes, and evangelizes test automation frameworks to support test automation across the

end-to-end business solution and within the service domain

3.Quality Validation: Tracks metrics for analyzing defect patterns for a service domain

4.Test Plan Design: Leads reviews of test plans for a service domain

5.Test case design quality: Ensures that test cases reflect understanding of the business environment of a service domain
