将上述放入/etc/init.d/nginx保存
chkconfig --add nginx
chkconfig --level 35 on
这样就可以将Nginx作为设置开机自启动了，但是有一个缺陷是启动master 为root用户，
后面可以在整改一下。变成ocbs普通用户的
