打开某网站时收到此错误信息，常理说是网站本身的问题，不过user说其别的某些同事可以，于是细查了下，发现一些信息：403 Forbidden - The page must be viewed over a secure (that is, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)) channel. Contact the server administrator. (12211)
安全页面，这样的话就需要HTTPS了，于是尝试在网址前，将HTTP加个S改为HTTPS，网页打开，问题解决。
