症状：用户写邮件要添加一份附件时，提示：
Cannot create file:
file name.Right-click the folder you want to create the file in and click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
而我添加别的文件附件却是没问题的，莫非这个文档有问题? 打开查看，没有发现问题。
原因：Outlook Secure Temp Folder权限被移除了
解决方法：打开注册表编辑器--编辑--搜索--OutlookSecureTempFolder--copy路径，打开，关闭outlook，更改该文件夹的名字，重启启动outlook，添加附件。
