同事反应说双击无法打开邮件，试着建立一份新的profile情况依旧，故估计是用户电脑的问题，这种情况之前没有见过，遂尝试google，发现有个解决方案，首先尝试outlook安全模式：
Open Outlook in safe mode and check. Follow the steps listed below to open Outlook in safe mode::
· Close Outlook.
· Click on Start< All Programs< Accessories< Run
· In Run window and type outlook /safe
Note: There is a space between 'outlook' and '/'.
竟然可以正常打开，于是接着尝试如下步骤：
1) Click on start< Control Panel.
2) Under Control Panel click on Display.
3) Choose the option Change display settings.
4) Disable the second monitor.
