Symptom :
After startup oracle database in sqlplus , the alert log were written oracle database error like below
Solution:
C omment out the dispatcher parameter of oracle database .

Solution:
C omment out the dispatcher parameter of oracle database .
e.g. *.dispatchers='(PROTOCOL=TCP) (SERVICE=orclXDB)'
