About this ExamThis exam is designed for candidates who are responsible for the Exchange messaging environment in an enterprise environment. They are senior administrators who act as the technical lead over a team of administrators. These candidates are a third level of support between the Exchange Recipient Administrator and the Exchange Server Administrator. 
 
Audience Profile
Candidates for this exam are responsible for the planning and deployment of the Exchange servers in an enterprise environment.   They should have a minimum of two years of experience administering, deploying, managing, monitoring, upgrading, migrating, and designing Exchange servers.  
 
These candidates typically:
• have a minimum of two years of experience working with Exchange Server
• have a minimum of six months of experience working with Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007 
• have a minimum of two years of experience administering Windows Server, including Windows Server 2008
• have a minimum of two years of experience working with Active Directory 
• have a minimum of two years of experience working with name resolution, including DNS 
• have experience working with certificates, including PKI certificates 
• have experience working with Windows PowerShell
