APPLTMP -- EBS应用临时文件生成的地方目录， APPLTMP is the directory in which Oracle Applications temporary files are created. 默认目录：$INST_TOP/appltmp
APPLPTMP -- 数据库PL/SQL output文件生成的目录， APPLPTMP is the directory in which PL/SQL output files are created. 必须和DB参数 UTL_FILE_DIR 设置一样的目录。
UTL_FILE_DIR -- 可以用于提供Oracle UTL_FILE包可访问和操作的OS系统目录信息
