Description
Autodesk has a great opportunity within our Premium Support and Services (PSS) division for a position combining Civil & Infraworks technical skills, to work closely with existing and future Major Accounts across APAC. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can build relationships at both Technical and Account levels, to support strategic account planning and growth. The PSS group is responsible for increasing Software and Services revenue and maximizing the success and return on investment of our strategic customers. We do this by delivering highly valued reactive and proactive services that drives adoption/utilization of our solutions while partnering with our clients to drive the maturation of the impact our solutions have on their business growth. .

Responsibilities:
• Ensures customers are utilizing and realizing the benefits and value of their Premium Support investment
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with customer, includes on-site visits, regular staff meetings, definition and management of expectations and goals
• Serves as customer single point of contact for highest severity issues; may play a problem management role in high profile or complex situations, monitors service level compliance by support organization;
• Acts as customer advocate within Autodesk; facilitates meetings with key stakeholders to progress customer issues Establishes and maintains working relationships with customer, includes on-site visits, regular staff meetings, definition and management of expectations and goals.
• Priority handling for escalated critical issues.
• Premium Support workshops to introduce the Premium Support service.
• Serves as customer single point of contact for high severity issues; play a problem resolution role in high profile or complex situations, monitors service level compliance by support organization.
• Regular status reports to keep Customers informed and firmly in control of next steps and future actions.
Preferred Skills:
• Able to anticipate customer needs, develop proposed solutions, and build consensus amongst customers and internal business units.
• Ability to work in teams, convey relevant information to Development Team, understand customer needs in terms of services, products and solutions.
• Able to manage several projects and technical requests at a time, setting the right priorities.
• Understand cultural aspects of the business, can relate between global strategy and local business requirements.
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite products in a production environment, such as Infraworks and Civil . Additional knowledge of the products within the Autodesk Building Design Suite such as Infraworks 360 is a plus.
• Strong communicator in both Chinese and English and able to build relationship at all levels
• Experience of working and motivating individuals in an international environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering or related field.
