LibreSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 60
是因为连接github.com的网络不好或茶博士。
直接的解决方案是换一个连接github.com好的网络，如手机网络。
当然也可以在浏览器打开对应的开源库，打包下来。然后再用增量更新的方式更新公有库。若还是不行就能换网络了。
