摘要:为进一步约束综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的碳排放,优化IES的运行总成本,提出了一种兼顾低碳性与经济性的优化调度模型。首先考虑气负荷的实际碳排放,完善实际的碳排放模型,并引入阶梯式碳交易机制进一步约束了IES的碳排放;接着提出了供需灵活双响应机制,供应侧引入有机朗肯循环实现热电联产机组热、电输出的灵活响应,需求侧在考虑电、热、气负荷均具备时间维度上需求响应的同时,提出了3种负荷之间具备可替代性;最后构建了以碳排放成本、购能成本、弃风成本、需求响应成本最小为目标的优化调度模型,并将原问题转化为混合整数线性问题,运用CPLEX进行求解。通过设置多个情景进行仿真分析,结果显示,在阶梯式碳交易机制下,优化目标考虑碳交易成本时,运行总成本与碳排放量比优化目标不考虑碳交易成本时分别减少了5.18%、13.96%;并且考虑供需灵活双响应机制时,运行总成本与碳排放量比不考虑供需灵活双响应机制时分别减少了16.93%、27.35%。仿真结果验证了所提模型的有效性。

Abstract : In order to further constrain the carbon emissions of integrated energy system ( IES ) and optimize the total operation cost of IES, an optimal scheduling model considering both low carbon and economy is proposed. Firstly, considering the actual carbon emission of gas load, the actual carbon emission model is improved, and the stepped carbon trading mechanism is introduced to further constrain the carbon emission of IES. Then, a flexible dual response mechanism of supply and demand is proposed. The organic Rankine cycle is introduced on the supply side to realize the flexible response of the heat and electricity output of the cogeneration unit. The demand side considers the demand response of the electricity, heat and gas loads in the time dimension, and proposes the substitutability between the three loads. Finally, an optimal scheduling model with minimum carbon emission cost, energy purchase cost, wind curtailment cost and demand response cost is constructed, and the original problem is transformed into a mixed integer linear problem, which is solved by CPLEX. By setting up multiple scenarios for simulation analysis, the results show that under the stepped carbon trading mechanism, when the optimization target considers the carbon trading cost, the total operating cost and carbon emission are reduced by 5.18 % and 13.96 % respectively compared with the optimization target without considering the carbon trading cost ; and when considering the flexible dual response mechanism of supply and demand, the total operating cost and carbon emissions are reduced by 16.93 % and 27.35 % respectively compared with those without considering the flexible dual response mechanism of supply and demand. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
