在SpringMVC中使用ResponseEntity实现下载文件的功能

其中，实现上传功能还需要两个步骤：
a>添加依赖：

b>在SpringMVC的配置文件中添加配置：

就可以实现上传和下载了
文件会下载到浏览器的默认下载路径里 上传到项目目录的target/项目名-1.0-SNAPSHOT/photo
