看了半天也没有明白。于是尝试其中某处提供的命令：

再执行命令，成功：
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.lingjoin -DartifactId=nlpir-client-java -Dversion=0.5.2-beta -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/home/tsit/nlpir-client-java-0.5.2-beta.jar
