大前提
只支持基于 .Net Core 的项目，而且还得是能够跨平台的，例如基于 .Net Core 的 WinForm 程序就不行。
环境配置
首先安装 .net Core ，下载地址
vscode 扩展中安装 C#扩展 ，如下所示：
创建项目
在想要创建项目的文件夹下（空文件夹哦），输入如下命令进行创建：
$ dotnet new console点击复制复制失败已复制
提示
可以通过 dotnet new -l 命令来查看可选模板
之后通过 vscode 打开这个文件夹即可。
运行项目
通过 vscode 打开后， vscode 会询问你是否生成缺失的文件，点击 yes 后，就会生成 .vscode/launch.json 文件和 .vscode/tasks.json 文件，不用配置，我们直接点击 F5 快捷键就能运行了！

当然，直接在控制台中输入： $dotnet run 命令也是能运行的
