我依照README上面的步骤在Model download

下载了以下资源
git clone https://www.modelscope.cn/iic/CosyVoice-ttsfrd.git pretrained_models/CosyVoice-ttsfrd

然后在下面第二步 unzip的时候报错

cd pretrained_models/speech_kantts_ttsfrd/
unzip resource.zip -d .
pip install ttsfrd-0.3.6-cp38-cp38-linux_x86_64.whl

报错信息 意思是这个包有问题，那现在到了这一步怎么办呀

a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of resource.zip or
resource.zip.zip, and cannot find resource.zip.ZIP, period.
