execution.checkpointing.tolerable-failed-checkpoints 不需要额外的调小，使用产品默认，checkpoint 失败不影响任务运行，数据计算，无需非要 Failover 来告知，至于 checkpoint 失败的原因可以参考https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/5o8rbz07Je17ZHnRz97-Rg 逐一排查下 此回答整理自钉群“实时计算Flink产品交流群”
