关于flink状态后端使用Rocksdb序列化问题

目前采用flink on yarn, flink版本是1.7.2,hadoop是2.8.5

现在遇到个问题,假设订单对象Order,因使用了窗口等,所以有状态产生,假设现在要在Order中添加几个新的字段,采用savepoint重启任务,就会报错,看错误信息是反序列化问题(rocksdb默认用的kryo), 只能kill掉再重启,导致状态丢失,请问有什么解决办法吗?需求不断变更,肯定会定期增加字段的;或者更改Rocksdb的序列化方式,用json?可以吗?
