nginx+fpm使用curl或者file_get_contents请求http?报错

nginx+fpm使用curl或者file_get_contents请求https网站时502? 400 报错

请求http的网址都正常，而如果是请求https的网址则nginx日志报connect reset by peer，看fpm日志是
