求惑，在配置Dubbo的provider时候出错~~：报错

是这么配置头部的信息的。

然后启动的时候提示 org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 17; columnNumber: 48; schema_reference.4: 无法读取方案文档 'http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo/dubbo.xsd', 原因为 1) 无法找到文档; 2) 无法读取文档; 3) 文档的根元素不是 <xsd:schema>。

但是我把jar包里面的xsd文件添加到本地之后，还是会出这个错。 求解惑。。不知道是哪里搞错了
